Neutra Clean
Neutra-Clean is an industrial strength, high performance water base cleaner for the preparation of bare concrete and coated substrates. It is typically applied to concrete substrates to remove matter such as grease, grime, soil, wall plaster, and other construction related residue.

Coverage:	500-2,000 sq ft per gallon - per application

Stone Tone Stain
Kemiko Stone Tone Stains are not paint, pigment or coating stains. Kemiko's staining process will create a natural stone or mottled appearance. They are made from an acid solution, wetting agents and metallic ions, and when mixed with water reacts (chemically combines) with the lime in concrete to form permanent, long lasting colors that will not fade, chip, or peel. Because this is not an exact pigmented coloring technique, the results cannot be guaranteed. The product is guaranteed to be manufactured properly. Stains are best applied with an all-plastic, garden-type pump-up sprayer.

Coverage:	400 sq ft per gallon when applying the recommended two applications.

Stone Tone Wax (Buff-On)
Kemiko Wax is designed for use on porous surfaces (primarily interior) that are unaffected by contact with mineral spirits, such as new and old concrete, unglazed brick and tile, flagstone and unsealed wood. Wax enhances the depth of color and provides surface protection. The wax is water and dirt resistant. Wax is best applied with a slow speed floor machine (175 rpm), using a natural, stiff bristle brush (Bassine) attachment and a natural medium bristle brush (Palmyra, Tampico or Union Mix) attachment for buffing.

Coverage:	300 sq ft per gallon depending on the porosity of the concrete.

Stone Tone Sealer II (Gloss or Flat)
Kemiko Stone Tone Sealer II is a high solids (30%) water base acrylic urethane sealer with excellent wear qualities. It is designed for interior and exterior use and is non-yellowing and resistant to blush. Stone Tone Sealer II provides a natural looking satin finish to surfaces requiring a durable clear coating. It is suggested two thin coats be applied instead of one thick coat. The surface dries within 2 - 3 hours, however, heavy traffic should be avoided for 24 hours and washing avoided for 48 hours. Sealers are best applied with conventional commercial air spray or airless spray equipment, utilizing gun tip size between .013"-.015"; however, professional pump-up sprayers, rollers, lambs wool pads and micro-fiber pads are optional application methods for trained professionals.

Easy Shine Mop-On Wax
Kemiko's Easy Shine Wax is a water-based acrylic polymer mop-on floor finish formulated to protect and minimize the scratching of Kemiko and Sta-Crete sealers. This maintenance product may be applied by spraying it on the surface then massaging in a figure eight motion with a micro-fiber pad. A minimum of two coats is recommended and the drying time is 20-30 minutes.

Coverage:	1,500-2,000 sq ft per gallon per coat.

Sta-Natural Water Repellent Sealer
Kemiko Sta-Natural Sealer is a 0-VOC, extremely user-friendly silane/siloxane emulsion for sealing concrete and cementitious substrates. It is designed to repel water, reduce efflorescence and allows the substrate to breathe. It is resistant to UV and high alkalinity exposure.

Coverage:	80 - 150 sq ft per gallon depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Epoxy Sealer
Epoxy Sealer is an excellent, two-part sealer. With great self-leveling qualities and extensive pot life, this durable coating is recommended for professional application. Epoxy Sealer is applied to properly prepared, stained or bare interior concrete by spray, roller or brush.

Coverage:	350 sq ft per gallon, per coat depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Polyurethane Sealer
Polyurethane Sealer is a waterborne, 0-VOC, UV resistant two-part sealer. Polyurethane Sealer is used on surfaces requiring color retention, graffiti abrasion, and chemical resistance.

Easy Strip
Easy Strip is a high performance water base wax stripper designed specifically for removing Kemiko Stone Tone and Easy Shine waxes. Easy Strip is concentrated and easily removes wax build up in domestic and commercial kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, showroom floors, walkways, and other surfaces.

Coverage:	200-500 sq ft per gallon, per application

Shipping and Handling
Some Kemiko Products are classified as "Hazardous Materials". Shipping and handling costs vary ($30.00-$150.00), based primarily on product, quantity, shipper and destination. UPS requires gallons be broken down into liter bottles, creating added expense, yet UPS still may cost less than a regular freight company. We will always attempt to find the least expensive carrier to deliver you products. Please request a quote if a precise rate is desired.

Return Policy
We will accept returned product as long as it is unopened and returned within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Warranty
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. The products are manufactured of selected raw material by skilled technicians. Neither seller nor manufacturer has any knowledge or control concerning the purchaser's use of the products and no warranty is made as to the results of any use. The only obligation of either seller or manufacturer shall be to replace any quantity of these products proved to be defective. Any claim of defective product must be received in writing within one (1) year from the date of shipment. Neither seller nor manufacturer assumes any liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from the use of these products.
